CAFE’s Leadership Academy Mission is to serve and represent underserved community representation who want to strengthen their leadership skills, build connections, and help advocate for the community and voices of their children, individuals, and families. Our goal is to engage in their community and advance the potential future board, community council, and advocacy for unrepresented community members in all aspects related to representation.


Why CAFÉ’s Leadership Academy?

CAFÉ’s mission is to advance family and community growth through education. We serve our culturally diverse community by providing opportunities in leadership, civic and social engagement, literacy development, and academic advancement. As part of the leadership academy group, we aim to raise community leaders who educate and empower to make a concrete change and increase diverse representation in government & other leadership positions at the neighborhood, community, school, and local government levels.
